Smart IPTV Samsung

Hey all, I'm new to IPTV but got the TV setup with smart IPTV.

I was watching a channel and all of a sudden the content changed to a completely different channel and started to play a different show. Also all my channels are all over the place not in any order at all. Also sometimes it says something is on but it's a completely different channel.

How can I fix this please guys any guidance would be great :)

Thibk that may be a supplier issue
