Smart STB stopping Lifetime Services In Your Region

I'm having same prob of u/grade to Lifetime. I signed on for Monthly, but can find no way to u/grade. I've contacted their Support - they linked to the instruction page but there is no option on any of the pages related to My Licenses that I can see.
If s.o. has cracked it, pls say. I guess there's no way to try again from Trial Free - as suggested above - my tv's ip is logged already.
Have to say - this is worth the trouble if it can be cracked. Smart-STB is a v;.g. prog much better than others I've tried.

Keep on at them and say there is no option to upgrade to lifetime. They will activate a link to upgrade to lifetime eventually

Thx. That's helpful encouragement. They answered my 1st message, but not 2nd, just under 2 dys ago - I was planning to have another diplomatic go. If push came to shove, I'd pay the monthly, cos their prog combined with my great cheap provider is a great combo with great pics., but they're def overcharging really.
