Smart telly problem

Merry Christmas everyone.
My LG smart telly recently updated it's software and now when I try to watch anything on Crichd (through the interweb) I get this appearing (see pic).
I have no bother on my computer with the same address, all connections are through a VPN.
Could it be the telly software blocking it or could it be something simple to rectify.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Have no idea where Sand Box attribute is in crchd. Tried altering text in box at bottom of screen but reverts back to previous when reloaded.

Try a factory reset on the TV

Tried full reset and seems to have cured the problem. Tried before to alter/reset settings in Google/LG etc.
