I've purchased my iptv subscription and it comes with an active epg but it doesn't work.

I'm using smarters pro.

I've contacted the seller and he says that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

This isn't good enough as I need it to work all the time, he won't refund me but says it sometimes works.

Does anyone have any idea how I would be able to get a new epg link, buy one (which I should not have to do) or what other options I have.

Sorry I'm new to all this iptv and have looked for hours and hours for a new one without any luck.

See if he has a different app you can use also try refreshing daily and install the IPTV should give you option to download the epg.
Just because the epg doesn’t always populate isn’t really a case for a refund imo.
People are too used to sky/virgin and expect IPTV to be the same which isn’t the case
