so many files to choose from! Starview HD Combo + LAN....help!

Hi all,

There are so many files to choose from!

I've seen like 4 versions of grooverider files, which shoukd I use? 1214?1118?0122? there are a few more too!

Then I assume the file i need is the boot file v0021.ubt

then do i need the carling uk file with ccam fix?

is it just those three that i need?

please assist as I dont want to brick my new box! I've been saving up for ages for it and now I'm confused!

before looking for wot should be put on your box m8 look at the nagra 3 threads, you might not be able to get it working, if you can it probaly won`t last to long as no box works on nagra 3 so i would send it back and get your money back.

Thanks for your reply. I have VM cable at home. I was told that as this box had LAN (hdcombo+) that i would be able to overcome the n3 problem... is this not the case?
Also I am trying to find out which files i should be using, do you know which i need as there are so many versions?

I assume i need grooverider +0128.uad
then i do i need the carling file? uk_carling 0524 with ccam.uad?

also what is the importance of connecting to my nwtwork via lan? Is it very important as I am some way from my router and I'd have to invest in a dongle or long network cable! please advise!
