Solo 2 or mag box

Ive got this guy running a 2s box, hes wanting an upgrade, hes wanting one like mine the solo 2.
I know the solo runs iptv, but is it worth spending 250 quid when a mag box will do the job.
Im thinking mag box then he could still run his 2s side by side

Ive never had a mag so wouldnt have a clue but from what ive read their easy enough to do
so I dont know which way to jump, as it aint my money, is it worth persuading him to go for the mag
What do you think, what does everyone prefer - help!!

I've jumped to a mag256, ain't got one complaint as it's been flawless and has 7 day catch up. I've never had a solo so cant compare to the mag. But I do know the mag is by far better than a 2s. Paid £82 with postage

If you want to have a look at the mag interface and have a android box knocking around install stb emu on it so u get a idea what its like

I havent got one to try but ive watched so many videos its starting to do my nut in, cos to me it seems a no brainer. Plus I get to have a play while someone else is paying, which does make a nice change!!
Think im just going to go for it cos worst case is Ive got another box to add to my collection. Wait!! is that really a bad thing 😆
