It looks like team xecuter will be shipping there latest version of the modchip to suppliers at the end of the month. Ready for sale probably around mid June. You will be able to use this chip on all models of the switch including the handheld version.
My advice is if you are looking to hack your switch and it is the newer patched models to put in a preorder now, as there will be huge demand keep an eye on the tx website for more info and offical resellers.
