spicey chicken breast

6 tbsp of tommy sauce(or tomatoe puree) your choice.
a tsp of chilly flecks
tsp of black pepper corns,
dash of salt.
put all dry ingedents together and grind to a fine texture. add the tommy mix and add onto the top of the chicken breast, cook & enjoy

can also be used on steak.
