Starsat sr-t13

Hi I have a starsat sr-t13 I have just been trying to get it working with my sats. I have a vu zero + and have sats 30w, 0.8w, 9e,13e,16e and 19e all getting signal and working fine on the vu using usals but when I try to use it on the starsat I can seem to maybe get one say working then the others I don't need all these sats but would like 13e,16e and 19e any help much appreciated thanks

So what usuals setting are you using on the starsat ?

Identical in terms of the numerical values and North east south west etc ?

Remember, a minus figure on your coordinates is a west value.
