hi everyone i am a new to all this, so plz bear with me, i am thinking of getting a sv6 lan, I have read through posts on here about flashing etc but am really confused. if someone can give step by step guidance i would appreicate it, i dont understand how the usb stick thing works, and then do i have to connect a ethernet cable from my router to the sv6 box? at which stage do i do this? also my m8 wants one as well, but has no router just pc and modem, so in his case would the ethrnet go from pc to sv6 box? please help, thanks in adavnce.

yes mate, i have read it a few times and its not sinking in, when i buy the sv6 box i assume i will get a memory stick with it, then i have to load the the correct file on the stick, then i should`nt have any cable going to the box?, is that right, i don`t understand then when i connect the ethrnet cable from router to sv6?
Yes from what I have just read you will have to have an Ethernet cable from your modem to your router *(3), then Ethernet cable from your router to your box *(2).
I made a quick illustration to make it easier for you to work out.
Also yes you will need a "memory stick" to load the files to the box. I dont know if that comes with it, see your supplier for that information.
