can some1 plz help i`v lost quite a few channels on my starview 6 have rescanned saying connected but not on help plz

Hi All

I've got the Starview 7 box. Until last night all was working. Now some channels have been lost.
I've also tried re-configuring and re-scanning but this has made no change.

Anyone got any ideas?
