starview 7

hi just got my starview 7,and boy not a clue how to set it up,can someone give us total set up instructions,ive read up a bit but not tecnicaly minded,how do yeh install firmware etc,would be very gratefull if advised and thats a understatement,cheers graham:bang head:

check the SV forum all tuts are there, dooby has posted look for the pink stickys.
