starview firmware

is v258 a clone patch for starview 1,as he says his box is THE BOX but on front of unit it says starview:yesno:LOL

Can he possibly look at the pictures in the Starview sticky thread, or else upload a picture of his box?

as we all know name on front of unit says what it is but firmware unknown to me anyway.

2.58 is an old firmware patch for the Starview 1. I say patch as thats what it was at the time. 2.58 is fine on a clone SV1 also but obviously will not AU or clear N2 in Ireland.

cant remember if he was uk or irl,so 257 and 1.5 crypt patch for clone should work then ,thanks.
