starview six download carling firmware

hi... cant seem to download the carling software for starview six.... says i got to post on here to do... will this be enough or has anyone got any advice for me... new to this so just working my way through...cheers john

starview 6 picture settings

could any one please help my sv6 box is working fine apart from the colour is really bad the greens are brown the whites are pink and there seems to be a haze over all the other colours i have had a fiddle about with the rgb setting but no joy the cvbs settings are a little better but not much could somebody please list the best way to adjust the rgb settings

have you tried a different scart lead also,is it the same on the menu page?

i have tried another scart lead and the white on the menu is slightly pink i have tried another box but that one is fine it was ok until the last time the channels were scrammbled.
