PayPal in my mind would be a much safer bet them World Pay thats for sure remember Sv would have to have a bank account for the money to go into so if they closed the account people paying them would not have lost their money, the reason they could not close it was because they had money going in all the time, prob more than what was coming out, so as greedy as they are they would have lost out big time clearing out their funds.

As for their website here today gone tomorrow as per their site now lol

That's not correct. You do not need a bank account to open a Paypal account. Any payments recently paid to Paypal by SV subscribers have remained in SV's Paypal account and not been moved or spent. That is the only reason people have been getting refunds. Starview have not moved the money since it was paid so subscribers were able to effectively grab it back.

That's also not accurate. You can close any account at any time, whether money is going in or not so that just doesn't stack up.
What must be remembered here is that money was left in the Paypal account ( we know this because subscribers have received refunds ) what we don't know is, whether money that was transferred away from Paypal has gone missing and to be perfectly honest, it's of no concern of ours.
The people who now have a real grievance are those who have paid and not received any service NOR a refund and it's those people who have been the hardest hit in this whole sorry assed fiasco.
 
IMO the only reason people are getting refunds is because Paypal have froze their account,therefore it cannot be closed and SV will have their ill gotten gains drip fed to them over 180 days in 60day increments.....I believe if this was not the case then there would be no refunds and no promises,the out of pocket members would be left "high and dry"and a whole new batch of sheeple drafted in
