stays "boot"

hello all,
I've received today a brand new H2S.
Booting once/twice. it's impossible to get connected to the Lan/Wan with the RJ45 but worked ok once with wifi.

trying booting to detect any connection, it now stays "boot". freezed. no HDMi output. neither the 100% at the start

there is no updates/flash or anything else.

any recommandations ?
