Hi all
Having issues getting portal to fire up on stb emu on stick, side loaded emu fine & added live portal
But still saying blocked
Any ideas please

Has mac address changed at all mate if you have re installed it is it connected to Internet spoke to provider see if any known issues take a test to rule out problem your end

Check the MAC address in the portal settings, it may not be the same as the Firestick MAC address

press the button with 2 lines on it.

settings>profiles>make sure any duplicate/unused profiles are deleted>edit the profile you are using and navigate to stb configuration

you should see the mac there - edit it accordingly then exit back and reload portal or force shut app and reopen app

should be all sorted

Tried everything even deleting existing url & emu & checking mac’s etc
Contacted provider & they had to delete & install to reactivate as a new line
From there end, all resolved , u always think ur missing something or cocked up !!but i asked and they reloaded

It's only thing mate you try everything and then turns out providers have to step in
