step by step to add channell list

ive been looking for a bit but to a noob im stuck,, ive had a list sorted but i scaned and now my channels are all over the show. if any1 can point me in right direction id appreciate it, i want to sort my channel list out on me f3 box cheers guys..

Put the TP_PROG.DBS file onto the root of your USB drive.
Delete your current channel list by going to the "Edit Channel" tab & selecting "Delete All".
Go to the "Tools" menu then select "Upgrade by USB", change "Image File" to "Misc Files" then "Select & Upgrade" & choose "TP_PROG.DBS" press yellow.
Wait until it gets to 100% then reboot your box.

Cheers just found my skybox f3 better too be fair seems to be a few small flaws with this new f5 thanks
