still no channels

have tried sw update have scanned tried a factory reset and still have no channels just goes 1-8 already exist then goes back to the factory reset page can anyone help me please

Hi Brido.. Did your box just go off..or did you turn on tv and it was showing installation screen..? Do you get beeb and itv etc or nothing..? Did you power down router and box.. i know these are obvious but its a start..!! is your brband ok..? let us know how far you get and we will try and sort it..!

box just went off and not getting any not even bbc or itv broadband is fine just getting the menu screen an yes have power downed

Seems like a feed problem,if the broadband is VM,it maybe a local area fault,if not VM you maybe disconnected. What area.?

no channels?did you check for breakdowns on the vm site.always best to post the date of firmware on box first,if kv went down you would still have the fta channels and remember net ids may have changed also,possibly to do with the switch over.

If you are not getting even the FTA channels your cable feed has been cut off or there is a break in it, if one person anywhere has the channels you should as well, you cant be off unless everyone else are as well.

Your right Box..as there is no more analogue and even if your the worst bill payer on record they still have to give you BBC,ITV even CH5..! bad innit..! on cable or sly feed...!
Brido can you take it to another house and try it and you will know for sure if problem is at your gaff or the box is curtains..! (thats cockney for..its all over..!).

Have i landed in the SV forum..still no channels..! gonna roll a special one and watch some some freeview..oops cartoon network at 0145 tonight.. regular show..! "not setting up the chairs next time".. if you have seen it then that quote will make sense to you..!!
