strange problem here 2 boxes no channels

hello i have a zgemma h2s upstairs and the same downstairs, 2 cables into each box but every so often the downstairs box losses channels and i only get bbc and 2. any ideas?

Are both boxes running off the same line? Does your provider allow a multiroom setup? Try leaving the upstairs box on a FTA channel so the cam isn't being used and see if that makes a difference.

boxes cannot lose stored sat channels as once stored you should have about 900+ on 28.2 on a scan,are you only left with with fta and non of the encrypted ones are opening?lan working on box?

what way have you checked channels are gone?

Did you flash both boxes with the same image?

Reflashed the problem box all ok. Both have whooshbuild on. All ok now. The box just froze completely after
