streaming issue

I am running iptv on a zgemma h5,2tc box, Now i have an issue with 1 os the streams on the box, if i watch one of the local streams [ rangers tv ] it runs absolutely perfect, if i turn it over to another local stream [ celtic tv ] the stream runs fasts, stops, glitches, runs fast, stops, glitches,and not for the love of it, will it run whatsoever, so why do i have an issue with 1 local stream, but not the other local stream... cheers
i contacted my iptv provider, and he blamed the Zgemmas box?????

Sounds like supplier stream to me but have you could try using service app and setting it to ext3 player.
