Stuck on book and no audio from hdmi please help

Hi guys

And pretty new to this stuff and would say a novice but I have a zgemma h.2h was originally running on woosbuild I did an update one night and now by box is stuck on boot I have tried all sorts of images. iPad,woosbuild,openatv but no luck.

The box is working as normal with line active but what's I get is the boot logo on the display and no audio from the HDMI. I can only get the audio from a av cable. Plz plz plz can someone help to fix the issue as am currently having to use the box with just the 3 pin av cable. Thanks in advance
 
Try a new psu do you have your line details backed up if so download the latest open atv image for your h2s reformat a USB stick to fat32 then extract the zgemma file open the zgemma file if there is a file that says noforce rename to force put the zgemma file onto formated USB turn the box completely off use the rear USB put usb in turn box on by white button should start to flash when gets to hdmi setting put remote down go onto Web browser type http:// zgemmah2s and webwif will open go down the left hand side you will see terminal press ok on terminal and will say login as type root then press enter then enter this command (opkg install http://wbuildx.co.uk/setup.ipk) then press enter and infinity will start to install
 
Thanks guys for the replies but sorry I hope am not being stupid but what is a psu. Also yes I have backup up my line detailes. Bazcfc1 do I need to install woosbuild as soon as it gives me the options for hdmi
 
Thanks al give it a go today. Have you had this issue before also it's the zgemma h2h not the h2s is that going to be a problem bazcfc1
 
You would just go on open atv and download the right image for your box then follow what I put when it gets to hdmi setting type in Google http://zgemmah2h and follow rest of what, posted
 
I managed to do that but still no luck am losing hope now think I need a new box also since doing this update I've noticed it doesn't find the virgin tuner just the sky one
 
So what are you seeing in the " Tuner configuration " m8, is should show both tuners, the top one being the sat tuner, and the other is the cable tuner,are you seeing this m8 ??
 
Thanks for the help guys appreciate it but had no luck so went a bit crazy and got my self a zgemma H7S lol. I dont know much about these but seen in the internet and looks like a mint box. I've set it up today cant really see the difference apart from very fast. Anyone know what other features the H7S will get me that I dont know about
