stuck on load

im having problems with my openbox v8s and its stuck on the load any help would be much appreciated because im new at this and im going to look on the threads to see if anybody else has this problem

Has it worked previously? Where did you get it from?

yes it worked for about 2 weeks but had a few problems with it so I got in contact with the guy I bought it off ebay and he told me to do a full factory reset and put the gift back in so I did that and turned the box off then back on and now its stuck on load when I turn it back on

Whole thread here.Read through it.Its the same procedure fot the v8s.Unfortunately stuck on load not covered by warranty.If you bought it off fleabay,you could open a case/

ok thanks I bought the rs232 cable and tried to recover the box by the instructions that you have posted but it wont work I don't no what to do i'm at the end of my tether with this thing

If it comes to the worst and it's naffed, I suggest you invest in a zgemma box instead. They're much more user friendly and not much more expensive. Your gift can be transferred too.

Are you using a laptop or pc with a r232 port or a usb adapter?Its hit and miss with the usb.Also what message are you getting?
