GrogBuild stuck on logo and laoding circle

hello

randomly I noticed the time was about half hour behind on the box so decided to switch the tv on and grogbuild logo was displayed and the loading circle was going round.....so i decided to do hard shut down the box as the remote was not responding..switched it back on, numbers loaded fine on the box, time was displayed but the same - stuck on logo and blue circle loading.

i cant web on to it but can telnet to it...dont reallly want to flash it again...

this happened randomly to about 16.35 as I noticed it at 17.00

no changes made as box has been on standby all day

Any ideas please....

What is displayed on the led screen ?

Does the box respond when you press any of the buttons on remote?

When was the box last flashed

if you telnet to the box and then type the command

the wrong time its showing 17.05 as that was the time I restarted it from the push button at the back

nope

When was the box last flashed
Tuesday twice as the first time it didn't flash properly
