Suggestions for a 2nd box?

Looking for a box for a bedroom to compliment my H2S at my main tv..

Something cheap.
I have co-ax from the dish to the bedroom.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

We don't know what you interpret as 'cheap'. A V8S works well, but what about another Zgemma, if you're happy with them?

Can't you just use an old laptop and openwebif, or a cheap android box and stream to that.
I use a cheap android box as multiroom. Only needs WiFi on same network. Can stream same or separate channel or access any recordings or any IPTV downloads you have on the zgemma.

Or treat yourself to a better box in the lounge and move the zg upstairs.

I am using a Openbox V8S in our kids room cause hes not bothered about an epg just if he can watch cartoons, music, movies or wrestling! Which is good enough for him but was thinking of getting a single tuner zgemma for our bedroom. But like the others said you could use a fire stick or android box with an app to stream to the other room by using one of the tuners, the app i use isnt more than a £5er & works just great.

I have a h2s in living room and bedroom, but it does depend on what you actually want. Openbox is a cheap box but can't skin it as far as I know and have to update channel list etc. If you're happy with your existing box, you could get a 2nd, and flash it with a backup image of your existing box.

No, they work ok for a cheap single tuner box if you're not worried about skinning it or updating the channel list. It was my first box, but the EPG bugged the better half so we sold it and got the h2s

Firmware is different so has to be found elsewhere. I no someone who been using for a while now with no issues i just wouldn't want one lol
Most openbox on sale in uk are clones now if wanting a original freesat box pm the reaper on here he will sort you out.

First of all change the co-ax cable to ipTV technology. Co-ax is old now.

And let me know the meaning of "cheap" in your terms like price, quality, channel quantity.

On that basis I can share with you the best possible 2nd box for your bed room.
