sv combo box early model

Hi can some one tell me if one requires a card to receive satellite channels for the above box. I would like to know if the box has a card and all you need is to find the satellite .i already have a dish installed ,and has the combo box..

You should get standard free to air (FTA) chans .. freesat HD would be included
Packages available could be increased by also buying something like a DiabloCAM2, Gamma card, Millennium Plus card, or Omnia Plus card. Appropriate programmer would also be needed.
