Sv6

Hi everyone,
Just got a new SV6 box, only message im getting on the box is C113 and then boot message appears. LAN connected and scart cable connected to TV port. USB pen ready with software but cant get any message on screen. Being trying to get it to do something for 5 hours.
Any help would be welcome.

remove lan cable and only insert a usb {formatted to fat 32 first} or remove usb when box is powered off,follow the tuts below to make life easier.
