Swap Channels

When I go on my EPG it automatically has all the sky channels in HD and of course they don't work, how do I swap them to all SD? And also my BBC 2 isn't HD but BBC 1 and ITV is?

Enable expert mode in ABM configure. I'm pRoviders, Change your region to region custom and swap channels to yes

I already had the ABM on expert and I had 'region' HD and not custom so I changed that which fixed it. BBC 1 HD has been replaced with BBC 2 HD with BBC 2 Eng being on 102, how do o get BBC ONE HD there?
