Usually, people learn to swim in their younger age and it's easier than learning later. However, I need to know if someone who passes 40 age can learn to swim as easy as in younger age or is it impossible to learn after getting older?
like everything depends on the person, do they want to learn. will they give up when it doesnt go their way
the person has to ask themselves, do they want to
no one can answer that
My old man learned to swim when he was 60 (sorry superdark!). And my granny learned how to play chess at 84 (her idea, I'm too busy for games).
... so age is never a barrier.
Never too old to learn anything and swimming brings a lot of health benefits aswell .
Start with baby steps first and get used to the feeling of water and take things easy.
Can remember daughter saying she saw somewhere an 83yr old lady riding the Nemesis rollercoaster at alton towers so as long as you know your own body limits then give it a try i say and good luck.
