I have a MAG349 and when I switch to certain channels I lose all sound. Even if I go back to the previous channel that I was watching that had sound! Why is this? Is it a codec or encoding glitch?
The only way that I have found to resolve it is to go into the inner portal and toggle HDMI and DVI in the video menu.
