And what do you have it connected to? a satellite dish, cable TV, or Freeview? generally glitching like that would be one of those pieces of equipment rather than the TV itself. have you checked all cables? are they all good quality cables? somebody else may have a different opinion, but that is certainly where I would start.
Also does it glitch when using a DVD/VHS player, if not, then the above is more likely.
on another note, your name hasn't turned blue,(your post count is also 0 and will never change unless you do) have you acknowledged the email sent by admin to you? it may have been sent to your junk folder.
