The box dv3 decorder

I bought a decorder , THE BOX DV3 and l am currently losing stations oneby one. l tried restoring factory settings and rescanning but l still have not managed to restore the lost channels(sky movies and sports).Does anyone have a solution tothis problem?

if your in Ireland thats your problem if your elsewhere could be some other reason

Its the box dvb mate & if you`re on N*L Ireland, then you wont get the channels back, even with a factory setting & autoscan.
