came across this news report earlier:
Tim Berners-Lee: 'Stop web's downward plunge to dysfunctional future' http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-47524474

It seems the three big WWW have been hit of recent. Personally nowadays i do “not” connect to the web anymore without securing my connection.
This comes at a price with a paid “no logging VPN”.
But the biggest price of all we have all lost is privacy.

Long gone the days when freedom of speech, sharing or basic rights of seeing networks & communications widely available.
After snoopers charter bill was passed the main man is at full disgust at what he gave us all to injoy.
(now censored internet)

With powers above that “by law” log our connections.....
folks, please use a secure VPN!
Not just for services connected to STBs but more importantly let the web be what it was designed for.
Its a criminal offensive to open a letter that does not belong to you.
Why is it not so forgiving for those to see what you do online.
(includes emails)

Really looks nowadys like Chinese government going stealth.
(only in UK)

PS:
first thread on TK. I see a brave few on here that i know.
