Time Shift

Any one know where to find time shift settings on the Buzz XRS 4900 please

Sure.

Livetv/Menu/PVR/PVR.Options.

There you can set Timeshift, HDD/SSD drives, Download VOD/TV Series and Store it so no need for network thereafter. Schedule recordings,

Followed the instructions, Time Shift It is in the on position . I understood that with time shift you could go back when in Live Tv. Not able to do that . Must be doing something wrong.

Change the video player to primary

But to clarify,
What firmware and app version are you on

Can check app version via
Livetv/menu/ (left sidebar will pop out) along the bottom is build version


Can check firmware verison via
HomeScreen/settings/updates

Thanks player is set to primary and now ok.

Great @oldsparky note that the primary player has a superfast channel zapping speed and has timeshift capability, the backup player doesnt have timeshift. there are two players as server owners have various api setup with different players. If primary works best for you then stick with that one.
