Need to get frequency for bbc1hd and stv hd for my area on TiVo box , how do I get them ,, thanks in advance

Not got a TiVo box anymore , my cable box ain't picking up they channels so need to find out frequencys so I can do a scan and see if I can get them back

Don't think it's the net id I need but what frequency they are on , or it might be I can't get local bbc hd and stv hd

On remote press "HOME" > "help & settings" > "system info" > "diagnostics".
The problem is, it has 3 tuners. Make a note of the Tuner 0, 1, & 2 frequencies. Then select a random channel & see which tuner frequency changes. If none of them change then try another random channel, as the first random channel might be on the same frequency as the original channel. Then select the channel you want the frequency for.
You can double check by looking at "Time since tune start" & "Time since signal lock" times.
