tm nano freezing on client mode

Box has got much worse lately freezing for 5 or more seconds while viewing a sat channel on vu solo2 or viewing a recording from the et10000,box has had a gui and a few mins ago a reboot as picture was stop/start jerky mode.Router last week needed a reboot due to slow internet speed when running a speed test on the et10000.Last time i needed to reflash box tm nano with a new image.
Box only uses client mode no tuners or cams or anything else added.Recordings play normal on other receivers.

Frozen solid so it looks like another reflash or box.
