Total Newbie needs full setup

Hi, I've got the gemma h2s and I've bought my cccam line. I've had a skybox before and that was simple to set up and wanted to upgrade so i invested.
n
Now...... what do i need to download to get a sly set up with my channels working. I really need a step by step way of doing this without tekkie terms if possible.

Go look for wooshbuild on here read up downdload and flash

sorry for the stupid questions but do i create an empty zgemma folder and do points 1-6 and the rest is a run through on screen?
