Satellite Trouble flashing

Help me out guys, I have an h7s that is refusing to flash from USB
It goes to flash for a second then sits back on boot
The box is booting so I am able to flash online but if the box ever breaks then I am a bit stuffed
The USB tried are sandisk, transcend, toshiba and my trusty kingston traveller that usually flashes anything
So instead of buying blind and getting a new USB can someone link me to one that definitely works on the h7s please as I need to be prepared
 
Any other usb plugged in, Kingston should work and it was formatted to fat32 and extracted to usb size 8gb.
Box powered off and stick usb in rear and power on any buttons need pressing to start the flashing?
 
No other USB plugged in and pressing the little reset button in.
I tried to flash another h7 last week and that was the same but I gave up on it and just flashed online
Its defiantly my USBs but I could go on forever buying them couldnt I ?
Thats why I asked if anyone as a working one I could buy
 
I'm afraid it could need a new PSU if its doing this, although you'd expect a H7s PSU to be fine.
Sandisk has never failed for me

Try a different PSU and report back
 
I always use the same PSU for all the boxes I flash which is from my own duo4k
Just to rule out I tried the original h7 PSU and no change
Like I said I can flash online no problem but if the box ever really breaks I am stuck
 
Never had a failure with SanDisk.
Could be a duff USB port on the box, - try the other udb port with existing USB sticks
If no joy SanDisk 32gb from ebay at £5.50 delivered
 
It cant be faulty USB ports as the one I tried last week was the same, but I wasnt to bothered as it flashed online
Never had any bother flashing before its proper bugging me
I have tried all the USBs I have all in different ports
Can you link me to one that defiantly works pablo please. Do you have the h7?
 
Had a similar problem yesterday with Zgemma h9s Used a brand new toshiba 3.0
U.s.b stick would not flash Used the toshiba 2.0 U.s.b Stick That was in the reciever formated to 32 first Then it flashed first time
 
Have you tried flashing with a different image like vix or open pli see if you encounter same problem?
 
I have formatted the USB with bootice and with the HDD guru and no change
I have just tried another USB an intergral and that didnt work either
Tried flashing different images also
I am outta ideas now this has me beat
Will just have to run it and hope it doesnt break
If anyone knows of a USB that will work then please let me know

I know how you feel, had the same problem for a few weeks, H7c just won't flash any image on any usb.

Yes H7c
The one I bought was SanDisk cruzrer blade.
You can get them at asda and tesco but they're two or three times the price you'd pay on ebay
