tune failed

hi good people just a quick question ive just started to get tune failed on certain channels ie food network and plus one ,normaly i wouldnt be bothered but its the wife likes these type of channels ,ive downloaded epg ,i know this probably wont make a difference, but still the same ,any advice would be great , if just to keep the good woman happy

If you have connected 1 cable then make sure other tuner is disabled
makes sure cables are in correct sockets
Check f connector ends
run autobouquetmaker and reboot
