Hi all, looking for some help please keep getting this message when trying to scan freesat onto my box tuner b failed, I’ve recently moved house and it was all working fine before I moved, I’m using wooshbuild infinity with openatv any help is appreciated.. p.s I’ve only moved less than 3 miles from my original location, I know it’s not the cables in the house as freesat working fine on tv

In signal finder below the Bar scale there is A small square with a green tick to indicate your

Could be
Dish out of alignment
L.n.b fault
Short/open circuit cable fault
Check your f connectors
Are tight and the copper inner core is not bent down

Be aware that skyQ dish won't work with zgemma type boxes
he cant get freesat on his zgemma box, 'failed to scan on Tuner B' is the message and hes got 0% SNR
Freesat works on his TV according to OP but not on zgemma

On which frequency are you checking reception?

set tuner same as lnb port tried switching leads ? shud scan on tuner A n look at the settings in tuner config i use lnb 45 ,dont know if ur in uk like but if u are id scan on tuner A lnb 45

n b is only a loop LNB tuner A should b used or shud i say allways works fine for me
