Tuner Failed

Hell People,

I bought a Zgemma H9S for a family member and a day ago they mention weren't receiving any FTA channels and when they go to autobouqetsmaker > start scan get a error message sayin tuner failed.

what could this be?

The Satellite has not been moved.

Check signal finder in setup reception if no signal

Also check in signal finder you are getting a signal on all tuners via >tuner 1 > tuner 2 > tuner 3
