Tuning Failed - AutoBouquets Maker - Open Vix

Hi,

I've just received an Edision OS mini + S2/T2/C.
I've set everything up, but when I go to autobouquets maker and scan it says "tuning failed fatal". I'm trying to set up a cable connection Virgin UK.

Any ideas what I could have done wrong, the line is definitely live as I have Virmin TV and Internet.

Check your cable NET ID is correct and check the wiring

Hi, My area is Nottingham - I've attached my configuration setup in the image below.
Cable is fine, the Virmin box works OK

think i may have figured it out, i'd plugged this into the LNB in... assume it plugs into the left one?
do I need an adapter?

Yes that's what you've done wrong the adapters you need are available in maplin b&q and screwfix.
