hi folks,I know a lot no longer use twitter anymore,my problem is recently when i send a tweet i get a notification that i have sent it.(no chit batman) i have been through notification settings and cannot find one for me sending tweets and getting a notification.

I use twitter on lap top, you always get notifications when , you tweet, bar at top of screen, web notification, not timeline one, you can change the web ones , but some browsers won't allow this, google chrome being one, I've rarely used twitter on mobile/ android, but would imagine same limitation exists there too

Have you cleared your browsing history or are using it in mobile app?
