Is there anywhere I can get a set of dead tree LPA forms, or must I do them online?

Aren't they dependant on your local council for which forms you need?
Then you search your council website and download and print them. Or put them on a usb stick and print them at the PO office/similar.

Milton Keynes, whose website just has a link to some solicitors.
My friend did this years ago. A governmental dept *posted* him 8 or 10 different sets of forms for
health and money, notification forms, registration forms etc. Now I’ve come to do it, I can’t find out
who would post me the forms.

This has a line 3/4’s down stating ‘ make an lpa online’. Lasting power of attorney forms

might be worth buying a cheap printer , 1 ) to print out all the info and the form , 2) to print multiple forms for when you cock it up.

You can always get a professional to fill in the forms and print them off for you…££££££££££££££

Or put on USB.
