Mag-256 Unable to connect via ethernet

Hi, I've switched broadband to sky, my Mag will not connect via the ethernet cable, but is fine over wi-fi.
I disabled Ipv6 for LAN on the router, this made no difference. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, did they find the solution?

Yes, I rebooted both, it's still the same

Sorry, I'm not a techie, how would I go about changing the port / or checking if the port is enabled?

Hi, figured out what was wrong. The LED lights on the Mag box and similarly on the router were not lit up. Changed ethernet cable and all working!
