Unzipping files

Hi what's the best programme for unzipping files for free. Does notepad unzip?

Winrar, or 7zip are the best for me. 7zip is free, but winrar can be used indefinitely without buying it.

Winrar or 7zip are the best to use but be careful when you download the free test ones as a lot have links asking for payments to use it

Hi,

Go for 7zip, it is totally free, no adware, it is light and fast and .ZIP and .7z are well known and supported files on internet.

Only download from creators website.

7zip for me...

when trying to open a file for the first time though, right click it... Open with... Use 7zFM.exe (file manager) as the opening program and not 7z.exe (which is the console)
