Updating Zgemma H2s box

Please can anyone give a very basic step by step guideline on how to upadate this box

I have clicked on WB config, then clicked onto Re-flash/update WooshBuild, but am getting 2018 advertised programs within the UK Bouquets (once I click EPG on remote)
 
Thanks for the directions. Have managed to update to Wooshbuild Infinity; unfortunately I can't find IPTV can you help!!!
 
Did you have iptv previously on your box if so you would have to re install it the way you did before you reflashed your box or contact your provider for the details to re setup your iptv we can help but we don't know what way it was setup
