USA us tv out of sync by 15 secs

Hi All. Got a problem I can't seem to fix. My iptv works great on UK channels but when I try the usa channels it very quickly goes out of sync by up to 15 secs audio delay and picture is very jerky. Have tried all settings for video on my h2s box but nothing changes. I recently reflashed my box from wooshbuild v7 (where issue first happened) to a basic openatv 6.1 build and seemed ok for about a day then it starts same problems again....any advise appreciated
 
More info on what way u put the iptv on box and what are u using 1 4097 5002
Try 1080p and refresh rate to multi as some USA channels are 60hz
 
Yes 4097 and I use xtream editor 2.11. Have tried changing the refresh rate to multi and have tried changing all of those settings using a lot of different permutations to no avail. Seems strange that after a reflash, it works fine but then goes out a day later
 
Yes I asked a couple of weeks ago and was told it was first he has heard of that and no one else had reported any issue. A friend of mine has same setup and same provider and has exact same issue as me. I just wanted to make sure I've done everything my end before I go back to my provider and say issue is from his end.
 
Ok, keeping you up to date for all those who are interested. I spoke to my supplier and he asked me to change the service type on xtreme editor. After a bit of searching, I found that I had to install the serviceapp from the system plugins section and ran 5002 Extplayer (I was on 4097) and then reinstalled the bouquets and epg. Quick reboot and bingo!, all USA channels are back (and staying) in sync and also the UK channels I was having issues with also now are running good. Only been 24 hours since the change but had box on and off a good few times and running sweet.
