v5s scrambled channels even with gift

Menu...Network local settings...camds setup...CCcam client setup...Manage config files...cccam,cfg should show assuming your file is in cccam ?
 
If there's nothing there. Does that mean my channel supplier has pulled the plug. Or would a channel list update fix it.

Nothing there means you don't have a line !
Even if he pulled the plug the details would be there but stating offline.
Check also the mgcamd in case it's there ?
