Forgot my password for hub 4. Tried resetting with no joy. Any ideas how i can reset to connect new device.

should be a small pinhole somewhere close to power cable. insert paper clip and hold for a few seconds then reboot

Tried that for the 10 seconds its tells you on vm site and then 60 seconds no difference. Call to vm mayve

When that has been done password should be as on bottom of unit.

Ok will try again but it said password not correct when i used the one thats on box

Make sure it's turned on when putting a pin in to reset it. This should factory reset it then the original password underneath should work.
